now
With MindfulDallas, LLC, it is my pleasure to bring my life experience to the service of people wanting to quiet their mind a live a life more aligned with their deep values. I am a certified mindfulness meditation teacher, having completed Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach’s Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program. * My approach and philosophy are based in equal measure on sound Western scientific knowledge and on contemplative approaches. On the scientific side, I rely on my background as a PhD biologist and a MA psychologist to understand and describe the human being as an interconnected layers of body, emotions, and mind. On the contemplative side, I draw on 15 years of meditation experience in diverse traditions.
